Premier Academy Weather Policy

In the event of severe weather, the decision is made to close Premier Academy for the day by announcing the closing at 1:00 PM. This announcement will be on the calendar as "Facility Closed Due to Weather." This is located in the center top area of the main webpage listed as "Today's Schedule." We will not announce the closing prior to 1:00 PM. Club team practices, Adult Leagues, Club Team Leagues, Private Lessons, Clinics, etc. will all be canceled only if we close. The typical rule that we use for weather closings is a level 3 snow emergency in Lucas County. If Lucas County is under a level 2 snow emergency, then we will use our judgment on closing and will announce this at 1:00 PM. If we do close, we do not email or call any players, so please rely on this system as your source of information. Remember, just because school is canceled does not mean that Premier Academy is closed. Please use your judgment on driving safely to Premier on any day. * If we are hosting an OVR Club tournament, we will announce the closing by 5:00 AM the day of the event.*
