Hotel Coordinator for our program. All Reservations or Modifications
MUST go through him at
Joshua.pickard@gmail.com. Players/Parents do not call the
hotel directly. We have contracts and not blocks at these hotels
so they won’t have your information. All players will receive their
confirmation numbers for the hotel you are staying at the
practice prior to leaving (no earlier) in their travel packet.
ALL players are required to stay in the club contracted hotels with
no exceptions.
