Policies regarding other sports/activities and missed practices

National Level Teams 14-18s at Premier and M-Juniors

  • Players may play winter or spring sports. Players are allowed practice conflicts, but not competition conflicts. Players must be at all Premier competition days regardless of other activities or other sports. Players that miss a competition at this level are released from the program.
  • Players that do not miss for any other sport may miss up to 6 practices and be excused. Players that miss more than 6 practices are released from the program.
  • Players that miss more than 6 practices for their other sport, have a sliding scale as to how many practices they can miss. These players do not get an additional 6 excused practices.
  • School activities, programs, banquets, illness, etc. are counted in your 6 missed practices
  • Players that are injured are expected to attend practice and do other activities
  • Seniors only are excused for Prom Night and Graduation Day regardless of whether it is a practice or competition day for their team.

Asics Level Teams 12-14s at Premier and M-Juniors

  • Players may play winter or spring sports. Players are allowed practice conflicts. Players that have a competition conflict must turn in the date and reason for the conflict by January 1st to the coach. This will excuse a player from a competition if needed. . If they fail to notify the coach by January 1st, it is unexcused and player must sit out even more of future events.
  • Players that do not miss for any other sport may miss up to 6 practices and be excused. Players that miss more than 6 practices are released from the program.
  • Players that miss more than 6 practices for their other sport, have a sliding scale as to how many practices they can miss. These players do not get an additional 6 excused practices.

State Level Teams 12s at Premier and M-Juniors and Excel

  • Players may play winter or spring sports. Players are allowed practice conflicts. Players that have a competition conflict must turn in the date and reason for the conflict two weeks prior to the competition. This allows the coach time to find other players if needed. This will excuse a player from a competition if needed. If they fail to notify the coach two weeks prior, it is unexcused and player must sit out even more of future events.
  • Players do not have a set number of practices that they can miss in this program. However, players that do attend more practices will receive more playing time in events.
  • Players that are injured are expected to attend practice and do other activities
  • Seniors only are excused for Prom Night and Graduation Day and we do not have seniors at this level, so nobody is excused for these events at this level.
