2009 Ohio Valley Power
Premier Volleyball Academy is excited to host the Ohio Valley Power
League for its second year! We will be hosting teams from over 5 different
states for a very competitive league for National level teams. The power
league is now open for registration and you can email Stephanie Harms at
firstname.lastname@example.org for entry.
Teams that are not members of the Ohio Valley Region will need to fill out
an entry form and submit it with a $100 non-refundable deposit per team.
After you enter with Stephanie, she will email you the entry form. This
deposit will hold your team’s spot in the power league. If you are from the
Ohio Valley Region, you may enter without a deposit, but are held to the OVR
entry policies. Entry for the 2009 League is $480. Teams must commit to all
3 dates in order to compete in the league.
All clubs are asked to enter their most competitive teams in the league
to ensure an elite level league. Clubs may enter as many teams in a division
as they wish that are designated “National” teams as long as the club’s top
team is also entered in that age group. Clubs are asked to enter teams in
their true age-group only. If you feel as though you want your team to
compete in the age group up, please discuss your team’s level with us and we
may allow it.
Each team in the power league will receive 7 matches played best of 3
format and 2 matches played best of 5 format, all over 3 separate dates. The
first two dates of league will all be best of 3 format and the last day of
league will be best of 5. This will ensure longer matches against your most
like competition. The winners of the league will be the winners of the Gold
