General Rules of the Premier Volleyball Facility
Individuals utilizing our facilities do so at their own risk. The property owners, league operators, referees, owners and staff of Premier Volleyball assume no liability for any injuries or accidents, which may occur. This rule applies to all participants in any program or activity in Premier Academy.
Conduct within the facilities should be in the spirit of good sportsmanship in the stands as well as on the court. Absolutely NO ALCOHOL anywhere allowed in the Premier Academy. Players or fans caught under the influence of alcohol or any illegal substance will be removed immediately. Players or parents caught exhibiting poor sportsmanship will be asked to leave the facility immediately. If resistance occurs, the team will be asked to leave and incur forfeits.
• Children must be under adult supervision at all times!
• No smoking is allowed in the facility.
• No pets are allowed in the facility.
• Under no circumstances may players get into or touch any equipment that is in the gym.
• No video taping cameras left on tripods or plugged into any outlet in our facility. You are welcome to hold your camera in the stands, but no tripods are allowed to be set up.
• NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR BEVERAGES ALLOWED IN FACILITY. No food, drinks (other than water/sports drinks), chewing gum, or spitting is permitted on playing surfaces. Trash, garbage and refuse shall be placed in the containers provided for this purpose. No food, coolers, or any containers may be left inside or OUTSIDE the facility in any way. All containers must stay in your car. If we find any containers sitting inside or outside our facility, we will throw them in the dumpster.
• No chairs or tables are allowed in the facility. Bleacher seating is the only seating available.
• Footwear for all participants must be NON-MARKING rubber soled sports shoes and shoes must be kept off of the walls.
• No foul, abusive, racial or derogatory language allowed.
• Possession or use of any type of weapon is strictly prohibited.
• Any action resulting in the activation of a fire alarm under false pretences shall result in a $100 fine against the club or organization using the facility at the time of the activation. Any person adjusting the heaters in any way will result in dismissal from the facility.

As a satellite location for the OVR Power League, hosted by Premier Volleyball Club, TVC follows Premier Facility Rules and the Ohio Valley Region rules as they pertain to outside food and coolers.
No coolers are to be brought into the facility. They are to be left in your car. If coolers are left in the entry way or outside of the building, they will be confiscated. Clubs violating this policy will be fined $150.00 and the coolers will not be returned until the fine is paid.
No outside food is to be brought into the facility other than water or sports drinks for the athletes and individual snacks in the athlete’s personal gym bag. No tables or team buffets are to be set up anywhere in the facility. We have a full concession stand with healthy and reasonably priced foods including Subway subs.
We do not have bleachers and you may bring in your own chairs. If you do not have a chair and would like to rent one from us, the charge is $5.00; $3.00 of which will be returned to you upon return of the chair. (We are charged $2.00 for every chair used each weekend by the facility owner-the Lucas County Recreation Department-this is absolutely not a fundraiser for TVC)
We have 3 large rooms for camping. The back room is reserved for Toledo Volleyball Club and Premier Volleyball Club teams. These rooms were formerly used as the locker rooms for the Toledo Mud Hens-Toledo’s minor league professional baseball team. Please keep in mind the restrooms in this area were designed for men many years ago. We have ample women’s restrooms in the front of the building and would recommend using those. There are no feminine hygiene products or disposal containers available in the camping area restrooms. This past weekend, we had several instances of improper use of the restrooms and if we have further problems with these back restrooms, they will be blocked off and not be available for your use.
Because of the low ceiling heights and the dropped ceiling, there is to be no ball handling in the back two locker rooms.
We ask that you respect TVC’s equipment and property and do not disturb our ball carts and training equipment.
It is imperative that all coaches and club directors share this information with all of your players and parents. We do not wish to have unpleasant interaction with any players or parents who were not informed of these rules.
Sincerely,
Michelle Hills
Club Director
